A place dedicated to teachers.
On January 1rst, 2018, a Louis Aragon multimedia library service dedicated to teachers was set in the premises of the Jonquières social center: La Tanière. Frequented at the outset by fifty teachers from Martigues and beyond, and offering documents under a thematic classification, this place closed its doors on December 18, 2019.
In order to be even more responsive, this service has been relocated within the Louis Aragon Media Library, in a space provided inside the youth section, in order to accommodate an increased number of teachers.
From Tuesday 28th January 2020 this service will be functional again and the opening hours extended. It will be open from Tuesday to Saturday, continuously from 10 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
In order to get the best suitable service, please follow the instructions as such :
Previous policy still ongoing :

- Requests will be processed quickly (between 2 and 10 days depending on the availability of documents).
- Proposals are always reviewed and mostly granted (sold-out documents can't be purchased).
An individual response to each email and follow-up are made, mentioning the available date for the withdrawal of documents.
New policy :
- The opening hours of this service are extended to suit those of the Louis Aragon Library.
- The service will be open during school holidays.
- Private access to the CEPR, only teachers and associations (Lire et faire lire) are allowed. Please adress your request to the front desk.
Borrowing the documents can be done either way :

The referent of the place is present: same service as before (indoor presence: Tuesday and Wednesday). Teachers are led into space and make their choice in her presence and/or retrieve (and complete) their PAK (Pedagogical Activity Kit). Interview (Establish a list in order to creat a new PAK). The documents are borrowed on site.

The referent of the place is missing: The teachers address the librarians present at the front desk to gain access to the space and to choose documents they intend to borrow with the help of the dedicated machines. They can also give librarian a list, whith their name and email for the follow-up. It will be deposited in the CEPR space.
